Terms & Conditions
The Hotel requires an advance payment equal to one night’s rate upon check-in
1. Prices quoted include VAT government taxes at the present rate. Should these rates alter, the hotel
reserves the right to adjust its’ prices.
2. In case of an early departure, participant will be charged for the day stay.
3. Refunds on bookings will not be considered once the client checks into the room.
4. Any Damage of the Hotel property will be fully charged to your account.
5. Declined POS payments are not accepted as payment, and client must settle the account before leaving the
premises.
6. Check out time is at 12.00 noon; please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond the
time. Extension will be given depending on the availability.
7. The Hotels management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/damage to the guest’s
valuable/article unless valuable/article are declared upon arrival.
8. The Hotels Management reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance,
annoyance to other guests or hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
9. Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or
any right to interact in the hotel premises or any portion thereof. The management shall always be deemed
to full and absolute possession of the whole premises.
10. The Hotel has zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the
hotel or may remove a person who while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or
disorderly manner.
