1-Check in time 2 pm and check out time is 11 am
2-All guests must provide a photographic ID. A copy will be taken
3-For general rate bookings, all payments are collected on the arrival day upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit card details prior the arrival.
4-In case the customer walks out of the hotel, a late cancellation charge will be applied.
5-In case of any damages or losses in the rooms/property, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest credit card to recover the losses.
6-No visitors are allowed after 11 PM.
7-The hotel has a zero tolerance noise policy between 10 pm and 7 am. Any noise complaints can result in eviction.
8-The hotel is pleased to provide a 100% smoke-free environment. If the guest chose to smoke, £100 penalty will be charged.

Payment Policy
