Arrivals and Departures
- A lockbox is near the room of each door and you will be given the code by text message by 2pm the day of your arrival.
- Check-in between 3 p.m. & 10 p.m.
- Check-out is 11 a.m.
-We currently will not be entering our guests' rooms during their stay. If you need any room amenities or fresh towels during your visit, please text us by 11am and we will leave a bag of the requested items at your door by the end of the day. We appreciate your understanding of this situation and our commitment to keeping our guests and staff safe and healthy during this time. If you need any trash removed please leave it in a bag on your doorstep ONLY in the morning ( as we have bears) and housekeeping will pick it up at 11am. Please do not leave trash by dumpster.
- Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available for special situations, but must be arranged in advance. Checking out late without approval will add another nights charge, so please checkout by 11am at the latest if not arranged ahead of time.
- NO BBQing is allowed on property
-Please note that our on site restaurant is currently closed
Smoking
- No smoking or vaping allowed inside any of the rooms.
- A $250 fee will be assessed for smoking in-room.
Pets
-Pets are allowed only in rooms 3 and 4 with a $25 fee per pet, per night.
-Maximum of 2 pets per room.
-A $250 fee will be assessed if a pet is brought into a non-pet friendly room.
Damage
-All guests agree to be responsible and reimburse the Lodge for any damages done by guests. Please be mindful of letting us know if any damage has been done so that we can remedy it immediately.
Payment Policy
Visa, Mastercard, & American Express are accepted as payment methods. A surcharge applies to all credit cards. Cash Payments not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
We are a small Lodge, so therefore cancellations affect us greatly. For any cancellation, we must receive 14 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival. Failure to provide such notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of your booked stay (if more than one night) or one night's stay, whichever is greater.
**We don’t accept cancellations due to attractions/forest closures or weather unless the roads to access the lodge are closed.
After check -in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.
Group reservations consisting of all 7 rooms are final and deposits are completely non-refundable.
*This includes guests booking for the same event.
*Please note that if you cancel your reservation and you are charged for 1 night of your stay, you understand that we will not hold your room as your cancelation is final.
