Seahorse Cottages on Sanibel
Seahorse Cottages is a tranquil vacation destination nestled in a lush garden of tropical plants and palms. Located just 200 feet from the beach on San Carlos Bay, we are on a short quiet lane connecting the bay and the Gulf of Mexico with beaches at each end - Sanibel's Gulf beaches are where you will find some of the world's best shelling.
Each of our ground level, attached cottages, designed for adults, has it's own particular charm, attractive island decor, antique oak furnishings, central air conditioning, and paddle fans cooling each room. All suites are comfortably furnished and include living room, bedroom, kitchen and bath. Our heated pool lies in a garden setting with barbecue facilities.

Terms & Conditions
Check in begins at 3 P.M. and Check out is no later than 10 A.M. We ask that you honor these times, so we have the time necessary to clean the accommodations for the next guests. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in adhering to these times.

One time cleaning fee of $15 added as of June 1 ,2020 under additional taxes
No smoking in rooms, on decks or on porch - smoking in the cottages could result in a substantial extra cleaning charge to you!. Smoking is only allowed at pool area.
NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned. The management reserves the right to refuse service. The management will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests. The management cannot be responsible for property loss of any kind. Guest agrees to terms in confirmation letter and Checkout Procedures in guest notebook.
FURNISHINGS: Guests are responsible for costs incurred due to excessive cleaning, late checkout and any damage to the units, grounds, furnishings, equipment, and household items therein, which occurs during the guests’ period of occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Guests understand that any damage which is discovered to exist, or which occurs during Guests’ occupancy should be reported at the earliest possible time to the rental office.
WHEN THE BIKES ARE USED: Guests absolve Seahorse Cottages on Sanibel of any responsibility for injuries they might sustain while riding these bicycles while I am a guest of the Seahorse Cottages on Sanibel.arking is provided for one car for each cottage - limited parking does not allow space for trailers or RVs.

Payment Policy
Your credit card will be charged a 30% deposit within 24 hours of making a reservation.
Balance due on arrival.
All reservations are subject to 11.5% state and local tax.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
As of June 1, 2020, there is an added one time charge of $15 under additional tax for
room cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made with 40 or more days notice for a full refund of the deposit . Cancellations with less than 40 days notice forfeit the deposit.
If you feel there is a possibility of your cancellation, we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance. This can be obtained online at www.insuremytrip.com or at other travel sites.
