1. Guests must check in between 14:00 and 21:00 and check out between 8:00 and 10:30. 2. Children of all ages are welcome. 3. Pets are allowed at a charge of £10.00 per day in Double Standard Rooms Only. 4. Vegetarian meals are available. 5. Wireless internet is available and is free of charge. 6. Smoking is only allowed in some of the open air areas. 7. All groups are accepted. 8. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge
Payment Policy
A deposit equal to the full booking amount may be required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Payments by the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - no charge.
Cancellation Policy
ADVANCED SAVER RATE
All of our advanced rates and saver rates are non refundable and are fixed to dates specified, full amount will be taken at any time after booking is confirmed.
FLEXIBLE RATE
We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you do need to cancel your booking then please do so seven days prior to your day of arrival otherwise we will not be able to refund your booking.
If you make a late booking (7 days or less than your arrival day) your booking is non-refundable.
