Sandown Manor is a traditional family run bed and breakfast located within the beautiful seaside town of Sandown on the Isle of Wight. We pride ourselves on the warm and friendly “home away from home” atmosphere that they have lovingly created at Sandown Manor.
Occupying an elevated position only five minutes away from the glorious sandy beach, within an area designated for its outstanding natural beauty. Sandown Manor offers panoramic sea views across Sandown Bay towards Sandown, Shanklin and St. Boniface Down. These stunning vistas can be enjoyed from the breakfast room, guest lounge, patio, swimming pool and the majority of the guest rooms.
Sandown Manor has so many fabulous facilities on offer to keep everyone entertained including outdoor swimming pool, table tennis table, pool table as well as swings, slide, trampoline and table football for the children.

Payment Policy
Standard rate - First night's accommodation cost payable as deposit at time of booking.
Non refundable rate - full payment taken at time of booking. This applies to all booking rate other than the standard rate.
Family rooms are for 2 adults and children 16 years of age and under.
CHECK-IN TIMES ARE 3.30 P.M. - 7.00 P.M. UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT

Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms and Conditions.
Standard rate - 7 days notice of cancellation given - full deposit refunded.
Between 7 days and 48 hours notice of cancellation - deposit non-refundable.
Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation given - total cost of whole stay charged.
Family rooms are for 2 adults and children 16 years of age and under.
Non refundable rates are totally non-refundable. Therefore full payment or any deposit taken will be lost.
Check-in times are 3.30 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. Earlier / later check-in times can be agreed by prior arrangement only.
Small pets accepted at £5.00 per night in certain rooms - please contact us to check availability
