Payment Policy
* Christmas, New Year and Easter= (December 24th to January 10th & April 13th to April 30th 2019): prepayment of 100% o total stay will be required at time of booking.
* Winter, Summer and Fall (August 19th to December 23rd - January 11th to April 12th - May 1st to August 18th 2019) : a deposit of 50% of total stay will be required at time of booking. Remaining balance should be pay at check in time.
Upon receipt of deposit or prepayment the reservation confirmation will be sent.
** By securing a room with the 100% none of our policies allow for a 100% refund.
Cancellation Policy
* Christmas, New Year and Easter (December 24th to January 10th & April 13th to April 30th 2019): Reservations for these dates are non-refundable.
* Winter, Summer and Fall : (August 19th to December 23rd - January 11th to April 12th - May 1st to August 18th 2019) in the event reservation is cancelled up to 31 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% deposit could be refundable minus a administration 10% fee from the deposit. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 30 days before arrival, or no show, the deposit of the stay is applied as a penalty.
