Terms & Conditions
All rooms/cabins are NON SMOKING. A $250 fee will be charged for cleaning if this rule is broken.
All pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Proof of vacinations may be required. Guest are responsible for all damages done by their pets.
Property is privately owned and operated. Owners do not take responsiblity for damages or theft during your stay with us.
All guest will abide by "quiet" hours out of respected for all guest. "Quiet " hours are 11pm to 7am Momnday-Sunday.
All guest agree to not conduct any illegal activity on the Roundtop property. Any violators will be removed from the property without a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse serve to any one.
Payment Policy
All payments are due at time of check in. A valid credit card must be given at the time of check in, including cash customers. NO EXCEPTIONS. Card will remain on file for 7 days and will be charged in cases of the theft or damages.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancelation notice is required. Any one not giving notice will be charged the full reservation amount.
