Terms & Conditions

*I authorize Rotex Western Inn to charge my credit card account for the total amount of the bill when I check out.
*The management will not be responsible for any items lost if not so deposited. Deposit box is located at Front Desk.
*I understand that the management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss of any kind, including damage or theft to vehicles. Only Registered guests may park in the hotel parking lot. __________
*Rotex Western Inn is a non-smoking environment and a fee of $250.00 will be charged to any person smoking cigarette / vape / marijuana on the premises. Damage to the property or its contents will result in the charge of a damage fee for extra cleaning or replacement of damaged items. __________
*Pets are not allowed in Rotex Western Inn and a fee of $150.00 will be charged if pet (s) is (are) found in a hotel room. Damage to the property or its contents will result in the charge of a damage fee for extra cleaning or replacement of damaged items. __________
*Maximum room occupancy may not be exceeded. Visitors may not stay overnight in guest rooms. "Extra person" fees of $40.00 per person per night.
*I agree that my liability of this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay any part of the full amount of these charges.
*It is guest's responsibility to call Front Desk for any damages found in room after he/she check-in. If any damages are found on the following date by the housekeeper, then Rotex Western Inn will charge the guests in the amount of the damages.
*If guest lost or did not return room key when check-out, then there will be a fine of $5.00 to issue a new room key. __________ 2 Keys__________

Payment Policy

Rotex Western Inn holds $200.00 of security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

[Late Check-Out]
11AM to 3PM: $50
After 3PM: 100% of Daily Rate

[Early Check-In]
7AM - 3PM: $50

Cancellation Policy

* Refund will be allowed only in 10 minutes after check-in time and customer must remain room condition as cleaned room.

* If guest checks out earlier than agreed in the contract, 50% of rest of room rates will be assessed as a penalty.
