Terms & Conditions

- Unless specially arranged, Guests may check-in from 4 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their apartment by 10:30am. Early check-in and Late check-out can be requested and are subject to availability
- Apartments are subject to maximum occupancy rules as set by Rookery Mews Apartments
- Please contact us to discuss specific individual requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs
- Private parking is available. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage
- Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property, its employees and guests. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests.
- Smoking is not allowed in apartments or public indoor areas. Smoking is permitted on balconies
- All children (a person under 16 years of age) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
- Cots, high chairs and baby baths can be requested and are subject to availability
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties/events are not allowed

Payment Policy

BOOKING DEPOSIT: For guest who did not pay at the time of booking. A booking deposit of €100 will be automatically charged 14 days before your arrival date (when free cancellation period expires). The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the property.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is only required for mixed group bookings (Family group booking are exempt). The security deposit of €50 per person is payable at check-in. Cash or Card deposits are accepted and will be refunded in full if no damage or disruption has occurred at the property

CARD AUTHORIZATION: We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for any damage incurred to your apartment or the property during your stay; including any items that are missing upon departure

Cancellation Policy

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: We offer free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total booking. However, we are a flexible team here at Rookery Mews Apartments; If we can re-rent your apartment, no cancellation charge will be applied.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that due to COVID-19, we have increased the flexibility of our cancellation policy. If a guest is required to cancel due to enforced travel restrictions whether nationally or locally, free cancellation will automatically be available up to the arrival date.
