Terms & Conditions
To book your date, 50% of your total is due at the time of booking. The other 50% will automatically be processed 30 days before you check-in. We have a no refund policy.
Upon your arrival, your cabin will have a Welcome Letter that tells you everything you need to know about your stay. The door will be unlocked and your key will be on the counter.
Check-in: 4:00 pm or later
Check-out: 11:00 am
Check-out Instructions:
•Please remove and place any used linens and towels together in the living room. Bedspreads in a separate pile for dry cleaning.
•All dishes are to be cleaned and either laid out for drying or put away.
•Turn off all lights, and TV’s.
•Set ac/heating unit to 75 degrees before you leave.
•All trash is to be bagged and placed in receptacles outside - PLEASE close trash bin lid completely.
•Return all parking passes to holder inside of cabin.
•Return all gate remote to cabin. ($100 fee per unreturned gate remotes)
•Take all perishable goods with you or place in trash.
•If you used the last of any “community” items (coffee, salt, pepper, Ziploc baggies, charcoal, etc.) please replace for the next customer to enjoy.
•Lock door.
If you do not follow the instructions as directed above, your card on file will be charged a fee.
