Property Information
A Hotel by the water located in historic Banyan drive in Hilo. Most of our hotel rooms are kitchenettes which include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric skillet and come fully furnished, cable TV, and daily housekeeping included. THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS OR A/C. We have fans and cool ocean breezes. Our property has a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and a Laundromat facility. All rooms, lanai’s and common areas are non-smoking. No pets allowed. Children must be registered. Free parking, one car per unit.

The Visa, MasterCard or American Express card given to reserve the room must be presented for verification. A Debit card is subject to a cash security deposit on top of rate. The balance owed is due at check-in
Cancellation Policy
AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN TO CANCEL TO RECEIVE REFUND.
If within cancellation period or same day reservation, NON-REFUNDABLE first night payment.
