Terms & Conditions

Check-in is from 1pm-8pm daily. Should you need to come earlier or later, please check with the front desk. We often can make special arrangements for your particular situation.

All rooms and casitas are non-smoking, (Including Marijuana of any sort ) . We allow smoking outdoors only. Please be considerate of other guests if you do choose to smoke outdoors. Smoking in rooms or casitas will result in a $250 cleaning charge. Any Marijuana smoking in the Rooms Or Casitas the Charge $2000

Guests are also responsible for any damages, replacement, additional cleaning or loss caused by any abuse to our guest rooms and lounges without further authorization.

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.

We love animals and will happily accommodate your pet in our “pet rooms”. Please call to check for availability of a “pet” room. There is a $20 additional fee for a pet per day. Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms and must be on a leash in the outdoor areas. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Please be considerate of other guests and pick up after your pet.

Special Events:

We encourage small groups and special events to be held at Rancho Sonora. We are the perfect venue for parties, intimate weddings, reunions, get togethers and the like. In order to protect the privacy and ensure the quiet enjoyment of our guests, the following policies must be adhered to:

• All rooms and casitas must be rented by your party for the length of the event or minimum one night’s stay.

• All arrangements, reservations and permissions must be made in advance with Rancho Sonora.

• Maximum of 30 overnight guests.

• Additional charge for the exclusive use of the pool area and/or courtyard, please make prior arrangements with Rancho Sonora. We are able to accommodate a maximum of 40 event attendance.

Privacy policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. For your protection, all of your personal information such as name, address, credit card numbers, etc. is transmitted in an encrypted form. We do not share email addresses or personal information with any other business. Your credit card information is used only to process your reservation or to credit you for a cancellation.

We consider this website to be an extension of Rancho Sonora. We are constantly striving to enhance your viewing and reservation experience. In order for us to do so, we may track non-personally identifiable information related to your reservation experience (the identity of the individual viewer remains unknown to us. By monitoring the reservation experience, we can analyze the data and adjust the way our website interacts with you.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is due at check-in. We
accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. No personal checks
will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Should your plans change, Rancho Sonora Inn’s cancellation policies are
as follows:

• Courtyard rooms: must be contacted 3 days in advance of your
arrival date or you will be charged the full amount
of your reservation.

• Multiple room reservations: 3-5 rooms - 2 weeks’ notice is required.

• Single casita reservations: requires 7 day cancellation notice.

• Multiple casitas: Multiple casitas or a combination of 3 or more rooms
and/or casitas require 30 days notice.

• “No shows”: No Shows receive no refund and will be charged the full
amount of their reservation.

• All cancellations will incur a service fee of $10.
