** Booking Officers are available on 7am-4pm PH time.
*As of IATF resort shall accept only 50% accommodation capacity. .
All times indicated in the policies are expressed in hotel's local time (GMT +08:00).
Arrival Time: 02:00 PM - Departure Time: 12:00 PM
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Hotel has the right to refuse service to anyone.
No pets allowed.
Bringing in of food and beverage is strictly prohibited, unless prior written approval.
2% Service Charge Will Be Added to Your Total Bill
No smoking in villas/rooms and only in designated smoking area. A charge of P10,000 will be added to your bill should you or anyone in your party smoke in rooms/villas or non-designated areas.
No drinking and eating around immediate parameters of POOL and while swimming. Eating and Drinking in Trilles and Bar only.
Not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Any damages to the resort will be charged to guest.
In order to use swimming pools you must wear swim suite attire. Cotton is absolutely restricted.
Pool opens at 6 am and closes at 10 pm.
Beach access is open 6 am until sundown.
Private events a guest list for who is staying in each Villa is required 24 hours before check-in. Then, guests not staying at resort will be asked to leave by 12 midnight, unless prior written approval has been arranged in advance.
Kitchen opens at 7 am and closes at 9 pm.
Environmental User's Fee of Php 30.00 pax from 11 years old and up, in a separate payment with ticket.

Payment Policy

Declined or invalid credit card will cancel reservations automatically.

All guests must provide photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of check-in or full payment will be charged to credit card on reservation.
