Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am.

Accommodations are held until 1 am the day following the day of arrival on the reservation. Units booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.

Pirates Cove is a family resort. In the interest of all our guests safety and enjoyment, we ask that you read and follow all posted rules. No fireworks on the property, no smoking in units, no unauthorized pets, no foul language in public areas, and no more guests than are registered. Only 1 car per unit unless special arrangements have been made in advance. License plate must be on file with office or cars may be towed. No unruly behavior at any time and no loud noise after midnight. Respect posted pool rules and posted property rules at all times. Guests refusing to follow house rules may be asked to leave without refund.

Pets: Certain units are dog friendly and will offer a "Dog" option upon booking. If the "Dog" option is not given, no pets are allowed in that unit. The dog owner must call 304-584-3328 and request permission based on dog breed. **Guests with unregistered pets may be asked to leave w/o refund!** Owners must bring papers and record of shots. An additional refundable damage deposit of $150 plus a non-refundable $50 cleaning fee is required at check-in for anyone bringing registered dogs. Assuming no issues, the damage deposit will be refunded within 2 days of check-out. In the case where the dog is on-site and management determines the dog poses a danger to other patrons, the dog owner may be asked to remove the dog from the premises.

Payment Policy

50% deposit required at time of booking - this deposit will be taken from the credit card you provide with the booking. You will need to pay the remaining 50% on arrival. Pirates Cove does not accept checks.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable if bookings are cancelled 3 weeks or more before arrival (minus a $40 administration fee per unit). If cancellations are made within the 3 week period & we successfully rebook the accommodation we will refund your deposit minus the administration fee. Date changes with less than 3 weeks notice are subject to a fee of up to the full deposit amount depending on the demand for dates being swapped.
