Phil and Ann's Sunset Motel
Phil & Ann's Sunset Motel is centrally located to many of Southern Rhode Islands best vacation areas. Located just off the main road, it's only a few minutes to the beach and hottest fishing spots. The area attractions are suited for those of all ages - young and old.
Our family owned & operated motel provides well-appointed guest rooms that include refrigerators and full private baths, as well as offering spacious efficiencies that include fully equipped kitchens, private cottages and an in-ground pool that is open mid June until mid September.

Terms & Conditions
Rates are for 1 or 2 adults. Children under 16 are free. Each additional person over 16, add $25.00 per day. The use of this motel and its amenities are restricted to registered guests only.
Pets: Some pets considered. A charge of $25.00 per pet, per day. Not all pets are accepted. Please call prior to your stay for more information.

Payment Policy
All rooms are subject to 7% Rhode Island Sales Tax and 6% Rhode Island Hotel Motel Room Tax. A 2% booking fee will apply to each reservation. You will be charged 10% of your stay at time of booking. The remainder of the stay will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your reservation, it must be done prior to 14 days before your stay.
Cancellations made that do not meet our requirements will result in a charge for the entire originally planned stay.
