Terms & Conditions
Early check-ins or check-outs are available at a rate of $25hr and only if arranged at time of reservation.
For prompt service, please use the phone number provided for communication on your day of check-in and during your stay. Messages sent via email or thru reservation systems will not necessarily be addressed immediately.
Absolutely no pets or smoking in the building. Ashtrays are provided outdoors for your use.
A $250.00 charge will be applied to any guest that smokes/vapes in the unit.
The room can't be sold for at least two days and housekeeping costs quadruple.
Due to COVID restrictions, no visitors inside are allowed. However, visitors can be entertained outdoors. No visitors between 11pm and 8am unless specifically agreed upon. This is a quiet building and we live in it. Please respect our, and our other guest's rights to a peaceful environment.
A FAQ sheet is provided that covers TV and A/C operations along with general house rules and our recommendations on local places to eat.

Payment Policy
For any additional services or charges, we take Electronic File Transfers (EFTs) Visa and MasterCard or cash. 3% surcharge for credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation 48 hours prior to 12:01am check-in day for stays up to 3 nights 75% refund on stays between 4 and 7 nights. 60% refund for stays 8 days or more.
