Terms & Conditions

1. Due to additional sanitation requirements, check-in is now 4 pm. Please call to arrange check-in after 10 PM. Late check-out is not available.
2. Smoking cigarettes, marijuana, e-vapor, pipes or cigars anywhere on the property will result in a $250 fine. The exception is the grass area at the far south end of the property. Dispose of butts in the provided receptacle.
3. We have specific dog-friendly rooms. Undeclared pets will result in a $250 charge. Please read our detailed pet policy online (pacificcityinn.com).
4. Rates subject to change without notice and two-night minimums on Fridays and Saturdays are required during the summer.
5. Pacific City Inn is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables. Guests are responsible for any damages done to the room or property.
6. Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Noncompliance could result in eviction with no refund.
7. Having additional guests that were not declared during booking or check in could result in eviction with no refund. The maximum number for a two queen room is four and a single king room is two.
8. To keep within the guidelines implemented by the CDC and state & local government regarding Covid-19, we will no longer be offering regular housekeeping services during your stay. If you do require any services, please contact the front desk and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment Policy

Payment will be collected at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

The guest will be charged the total price (including taxes) if they do not cancel prior to 48 hours of their reservation.
