Ozark Country Inn Policies:
All rooms as well as the entire Ozark Country Inn are non-smoking. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 a.m. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets or children under the age of 5. All policies listed below are subject to change and left open to owner’s discretion as to how and when to apply. We will never go beyond the limits of the cancellation policies and do realize extreme emergencies can occur and will take those into consideration if and when a cancellation is made. Our goal in dealing with a cancellation is to treat everyone just as we would like to be treated.

Payment Policy

Reservations:
All reservations must be secured with a credit card, even reservations utilizing lodging vouchers or gift certificates. Payment will be charged to the credit card or taken in cash on the day of arrival for the entire duration of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel with less than a seven (7) day notice and with at least a twenty-four (24) hour notice prior to arrival, a $25.00 dollar cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellations received with less than a twenty-four (24) hour notice will be subject to being charged for one full nights stay to the credit card on file.
Festival Weekend Cancellations:

If you must cancel with less than a thirty (30) day notice and before seven (7) days prior to arrival, a $25.00 dollar cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations received with less than a seven (7) day notice and with at least a seventy-two (72) hour notice prior to arrival will be subject to being charged for one full nights stay to the credit card on file. Cancellations received with less than seventy-two (72) hours notice will be subject to being charged for the full amount of the stay to the credit card on file.

No show:
The entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card on file.
