Terms & Conditions

We offer all non-smoking guest rooms for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. Vaping is also not allowed any where at the hotel. The Virgin Islands bans smoking in and around all businesses with the Smoke Free Act of 2010. There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the terraces, patios, pool decks or in any hotel rooms. We allow smoking in the parking lot of the hotel. Guests who violate the policy and smoke/vape in the guest rooms, may be subject to eviction, a $1000 fine and a minimum $400.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status. We appreciate your understanding.
Check in time is 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Our front desk is closed after 6:00pm. Late plane arrivals have to be arranged a minimum of 24hours prior to arrival date. For guests arriving on Flight AA#1461, there is a late check in fee of $25 . Because we do not have a 24 hour desk, this late arrival will be subject to a late check in fee. Please advise us if travel plans have been delayed beyond your control. Check out time is 11:00am. We do have room to store bags for late departures and early arrivals. Free parking is available to all our overnight guests.
ALL OF OUR GUEST ROOMS ARE LOCATED ON A HILLSIDE THAT ARE ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY STAIRS. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR AND NO BELLHOP. Please pack accordingly. We do offer overnight storage for large bags belonging to guests registered at the hotel. So sorry we cannot offer long term storage for bags.
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will require prepaid envelopes or boxes from USPS and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, artwork, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc. Any bed linens or towels permanently stained by make up, self tanning lotions, sunscreen or hair products will be charged post check out to the credit card on file. We kindly ask that those products be thoroughly cleaned before using towels or climbing into bed. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
All public areas including the swimming pool, terraces and decks are reserved for registered guests only. Only registered guests are allowed beyond the front desk gate and unregistered guests are not permitted in any guest rooms. Sorry we cannot offer baggage storage to anyone not staying at the hotel even if you are returning to the hotel for a second visit. We are a small Inn and appreciate privacy, peace and quiet for all of our guests.
All guests agree to comport themselves at all times in a calm and respectful manner. The owners and management reserve the right to refuse service and to charge the credit card on file for any damages incurred during a guest's visit. Any violation of these policies shall be grounds for eviction without refund.
By making a reservation at our hotel either directly through our website, via telephone or any of our listing booking engines, (Booking.com, Expedia and all affiliates, or Trip Connect) you are automatically agreeing to all of the Terms, Conditions and Policies stated here on our website for Olga's Fancy.

Payment Policy

Our rates are all based on double occupancy. There are no fees or hidden surcharges. A U.S. Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 12.5% and a 5% Receipt Tax will be added to your bill.
All reservations will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The 50% deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are paid in full at the time of check in.
Some channels (e.g. Expedia, etc.) may require full payment in advance. A valid id must be presented at time of check in along with the credit card used to reserve online.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.
Therefore, all cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 100% of your booking. In the event of a no-show or a booking reduction (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking will be charged. PLEASE PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE.
If you used a booking service (Booking.com, Expedia, Travelocity or Hotels.com), cancellations have to be made through that service. We are not able to cancel those reservations.
We are very strict about our cancellation policy.
PLEASE BE SURE TO PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE IN THE EVENT OF UNEXPECTED ILLNESS, DEATH OR WEATHER RELATED EMERGENCIES AS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AIRLINE CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS.
Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.
All cancellations must be provided to the innkeeper in writing.
