Check-in after 3PM and Check-out before 10AM.
Bedding is supplied, but you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels. At our store freezer space is available.
All boats smaller than 14′, not launched at our boat launch and pulled up on our beach during your vacation are free. Boats 14′ and more are charged with a minimum of $10 (boat launch) also, if docking facilities are not used.
RESERVATION INFORMATION
A deposit of $200 per cottage and week is required. Package plans require a $250 deposit. All deposits are due at the time of reservation and are non refundable, but can be used for a future visit within 2 years.
No increase in party size permitted without our prior knowledge and approval.

I hereby agree to be responsible for all damages in or around the cottage(s), on other guests properties done by myself or anyone in my party, including visitors. I also agree to be charged for these damages or for extra cleaning of the cottage(s) after I left.

I hereby release OKIMOT LODGE and its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage and injury to myself or to any person(s) or property resulting from the negligence, installation, maintenance, selection, adjustment and use of any equipment. I accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result.

I understand that the information set out above and other personal information which is supplied by me, will be used to assist OKIMOT LODGE in providing additional services to me, in collecting amounts owing from me, and in contacting me in future with respect to
services and facilities OKIMOT LODGE has to offer.

Payment Policy

Full amount due on departure date. We accept Mastercard, Visa, INTERAC e-Transfer and cash.

Cancellation Policy

45 days & more: fee $20, 45-30 days: 50% of total, 30-0 days: total amount.
Deposit non-refundable, but can be used within two years.
