Terms & Conditions
By registering for a room, you assume all responsibility for the care of the room and it's contents.
No smoking in rooms. There will be a MINIMUM $250 charge for cleaning a smoked in room.
Room rates are for 2 person occupancy. There is a $5 per night charge for each additional person over 12.
Bicycles are not allowed in rooms. There will be a $250 charge as a result of having a bike in your room.
No Pets
NO REFUNDS will be given if you leave early from your scheduled stay.
Check in time is 4pm to 10pm.
CHECK OUT TIME IS BY 10 AM. Late check outs will be charged an extra day.

Cash or personal checks are at the discretion of management.
Cancellation Policy
COVID IS NO EXCEPTION TO THESE POLICIES:
BASIC RESERVATIONS: Cancellations can be made outside of 72 hours (3 days). If you need to cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you are still responsible for the charges of the entire reservation.
HOLIDAYS: New Years, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Christmas. One night plus tax is billed at the time of booking. This is not refundable. Any remaining days may be cancelled outside of 72 hours of your arrival. With less than 72 hours notice, you are still responsible for the charge of the entire reservation.
SPECIAL EVENTS 2022: Jan 14-15 Birkie Tour, Jan 28-29 Seeley Hills Classic, Feb 11-12 Pre Birkie, Mar 11-12 Fat Bike Birkie, July 14-17 Pow Wow, July 28-30 Lumberjack Championships, Sept 16-17 Mountain Bike Festival. The entire reservation will be billed the day you book. This is done because these are special event dates. Once we are holding a room for you, we turn other guests away. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you cancel. Deposit is NOT transferable to different dates. If you cancel you forfeit your payment.
