New Overlander Inn

The property is situated on what was once part of Penally Station and although the building itself wasn’t part of the orignal station, there were engine sheds and loading ramps where it now stands.

Karen Tulley and her family have been at the New Overlander since 1998. Since then the business has grown and matured – a compelte refurbishment in 2007 and 2008 created a modern, compemporary interior which still looks as good today as the day it was finished.

A small family owned restaurant with accommodation, the New Overlander is situated on the A4139 just outside the village of Penally a mile and a half from Tenby. A ten minute stroll and you are on Penally beach and the coastal path. Wander on down the beach for about a mile and you will reach the beaches that surround Tenby town.

Penally Railway Station is just 200 yards – if travelling by train make sure you get off here and not Tenby Station and save yourself the taxi fare.

The restaurant and rooms are wheelchair friendly – no steps, all bedrooms and toilet facilities on the ground floor.
