Neskape Beach House
Tucked away in a quiet street in the Neskowin, Oregon – Our getaway home is a space with 6 spacious bedrooms with luxurious yet understated furnishings and fixtures. We highlighted the industrial bones of the home with warm and rustic finishes to give you a homey experience. Our kitchen, living area, and our covered patio deck are spaces where you can make memories with your loved ones – make us one of Oregon’s most entertaining and comfortable accommodations. We are a five-minute drive from the beach where you can dip your toes in the salty Pacific Northwest sea, and breathe in the fresh air.
Where is Neskowin Beach? This picturesque beach is tucked away along a twisty stretch off highway 101. It’s located 70miles from Portland in Tillamook county. 15 minutes south from Pacific City. A charming coastal town with a beautiful 3 mile long sandy beach where the Kiwanda creek flows in and known for its famous sea stack “proposal rock” which you can hike. It’s a treasure trove that’s usually not very crowded.
Time moves a little slower in Neskowin.

No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property – please email us if you would like to set up a contract that would allow you to do so for an additional fee.
PET POLICY
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. No pets are permitted on the property at any time. Additional cleaning charges will apply if this condition is breached and deducted from your credit card.
No additional guests allowed on property – only the amount under the booking.
NOISE
Quiet Hour is 9:00pm.
Disturbance to other guests and neighbors including excessive noise, music and unruly behavior is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
MOVEMENT BETWEEN FLOORS
Movement of furniture within floors and outdoor decks is strictly prohibited. All household items or furniture (indoor or outdoor) are exclusive to that particular floor and must not be moved between the floors.
CHILDREN
Supervision of children around fireplaces, stairs, decks, hanging chair, roads, driveways, bunk beds and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of parents/guardians and Neskape Beach accepts no responsibility.
A complimentary pack-n-play can be supplied however this is strictly for children under the age of 2 years. Guests are required to supply linen for this pack-n-play and must be set up by guests. Steps and balconies need to be taken into consideration before booking.
Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of parents & guardians.
