Alternate times may be arranged when discussed with management, dependent on room availability. Fees for early check in or late check out may be negotiated with management. More than 2 hours either way are a minimum of $10, room availability dependent.
Smoking Regulations: As of July 5, 2010 Wisconsin's Smoke-Free Environment Law became effective. This motel and all rooms therein are now smoke-free. Ashtrays are provided outside.
Injury Regulations: This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Failure to pay room charges or for subsequent inclusion of damages to room or its contents and/or for missing items, management will charge addition fees up to $100. This includes need for excessive cleaning and compensation if smoking in the room has occurred.
Pets: Pets are allowed with nominal $10 fee per animal, per night. Credit card information or security deposit required. Additional charges depend on room/furniture damages and/or soiling (urine or feces on the carpet). Fennimore has a leash and pooper-scooper ordinance. Pets are not to be left unattended in your room. Housekeeping services are available only when you are present. Please declare pets or be fined $50 per pet.
Banquet Hall Services: Our Banquet hall or multipurpose room is available to all guests, some hours or days may be rented by non staying guests for parties, meetings and others. Generally hours open are 8am-10pm, granted additional hours are possible per management with prior arrangements. Motel quiet hours are 10pm-8am, please be considerate of other guests.
Our Motel rooms and Banquet Hall are non smoking. Fees assessed $100 per incident.
Wireless internet is available to all guest at no extra fee, service is provided by Mediacom.
We provide phone in the rooms for local and emergency calls, prepaid calling cards will be needed if calling long distance.

Payment Policy

Payment is required up front in cash, credit card or check with proper Id verification.
Credit card is required to hold a reservation.
Reservations are cancelled automatically after 3 days unless upfront payment is made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation are exempt of the cancellation fee.
There will be a $25 charge back for untimely cancelation/ refund request, at management discretion.
No shows will be charged.
