*Check in after 3:00pm, check out by 11:00am - additional time after 11:00am is charge of $25.00 per hour.
*No PETS, SMOKING, or COOKING in the rooms, violation will result in a $650.00 charge.
*Lost key charge $135.00

Cancellation Policy
48 hour advance written notice prior to day of arrival.
7 day advance written notice for holidays and special events (Examples;Memorial Day weekend, Laconia Bike Week, Independence Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Highland Games, Columbus Day weekend)
If cancellations are done outside of this policy, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
