Check in is at 3 pm, check out is at 11 am.
We reserve the right to substitute among our suites and apartments.
Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay, or their guests stay and/or any damages done to the premises. Damage deposits of $100 can take up to 7 days for release after check out if the property has not been damaged.
There will be a $250.00 charge added to the guest credit card if they or any of their guests smoke in any room/apartment or if jetted tubs are overflowed.
The Leaside Group is not responsible for any damage incurred to vehicles, lost or stolen items from guest room/apartments or vehicle. I
Please note we have a 48 hour cancellation policy, this policy also applies to guests using gift certificates or vouchers. Gift certificates and vouchers must be presented upon check in.
Donation gift certificates or vouchers are valid one year from the date of issue, and must be presented upon check in.
Roll away beds are extra where applicable, infant cribs are not available at this property.
Pets are not permitted.
Payment Policy
Monastery Hotel reserves the right to reserve the full reservation amount inclusive of ordered add on packages, in addition to a $100 damage deposit on your credit card up to 24 hours prior to check in. Guests paying with gift certificates or vouchers must provide the certificate number upon booking.
Cancellation Policy
Monastery Hotel suites and packages are reserved by credit card. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or re-schedule to avoid full charge for the balance. All no-shows or less than 48-hour cancellations will be subject to a 100% charge of packages and a minimum of one night accommodation. Please note this policy also applies to guests using gift certificates or vouchers.
