Rates per night plus 9% hotel tax - Hotel tax is subject to regulatory rate change.
Rates are per double occupancy per unit.
There are no other service charges.
Payment Policy
From 1st October 2021 to 30 April 2022, Miramar Suites will not be taking a deposit as we recognize that COVID-19 is still having its fluctuations and we could all end up in certain situations; therefore please feel comfortable that your reservation is guarantee and we wish you best of health.
A 3 night deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Acts of God, if received by Miramar Apartments :
- not less than 60 days prior to arrival, a full refund
- not less than 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund;
- Less than 45 days prior to arrival, no refund.
