Payment Policy

50% payment is due on booking and the balance is due before the start of your stay with us.
Any extras (meals, drinks and any additional purchases) can be settled at the end of your stay with us.
Our preferred payment method is bank transfer/BACS. Please let us know when you have made your payment and we will take this off your balance.
Card, cash or cheque payments are all possible, please get in if touch with us to arrange this.
Rates are inclusive of VAT at current rate.

Cancellation Policy

‼️ We strongly recommend holiday insurance. This is particularly important should you be prevented from travelling for any reason, including delayed travel to or from the islands due to adverse weather.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we will always try to re-let the accommodation. However, this is not always possible and you may still be liable to pay up to the full cost of the booking, as follows.

If you cancel:
(1) More than six months before your stay:
- you can re-book for alternative dates using the same deposit.
- if no suitable dates can be found, we will be able to refund half the deposit paid (up to 25% of the full booking).
(2) Less than six months before your stay:
- if we are able to re-let the accommodation in full, we will be able to refund half the deposit paid (up to 25% of the full booking).
- if we are unable to re-let the accommodation in part or in full, 75% of the total cost of the booking will be payable.
(3) Within 14 days of your stay:
- if we are able to re-let the accommodation in full, we will be able to refund half the deposit paid (up to 25% of the full booking).
- if we are only partially able to re-let the accommodation, the full cost of any un-let nights will be payable.
- if we are unable to re-let the accommodation at all, the full cost at 100% of your booking will be payable.
