Terms & Conditions
Government issued photo identification and the credit card used at time of booking is required at check-in. There will be a $200.00 hold fee placed on credit card at time of check-in. Other fees include 2.9% credit card fee, $10.00 per night resort fee. All rooms are smoke free. A violation of this policy will result in a $200.00 a day non-refundable cleaning fee and immediate removal from the premises. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. All terms and conditions are subject to change at any time by hotel management.
Payment Policy
One night is charged at time of booking. Government issued photo identification and the credit card used at time of booking is required at check-in. There will be a $200.00 hold fee, 2.9% credit card fee and $10.00 per night resort fee placed on the credit card on file at time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is 7 days notice prior to check-in date. The full amount will be charged if less notice is given. No-shows are charged for the full amount.
