Property Information
Boutique hotel in the charming coastal town of San Pancho.
Six double rooms and two junior suite palapas make up the total of our rooms, with capacity to accommodate 20 people. It is an intimate space, ideal to enjoy with whoever you really want to connect with.
New, with a contemporary coastal style, here neutral colors, natural fibers and naturally lit and ventilated spaces abound.
The heart of the hotel is our garden with local vegetation; small, but abundant and well cared for, an attraction also appreciated by birds, butterflies and iguanas. The saltwater pool, with its green mosaic, gives the sensation of being immersed in a cool pond. The view from the restaurant-bar is the jungle, illuminated in the mornings by the sun rays, giving rise to a natural spectacle.
Our location is ideal for walking around the town, we are far from the noise, a few steps from the main avenue of San Pancho and just five blocks from the beach.

GENERAL
Please read the following terms and conditions applicable to the Marii Hotel Boutique website. By accessing this page you accept all its terms of use, without limitation or any other criteria.
RATES
- Rates published on the website are valued per night's stay.
- Promotional or special rates are valid only through the medium that was promoted.
- Published prices must be paid in local currency (MXN)
- All reservations generate VAT and tourist taxes.
- Rate details are only valid at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. If for personal reasons, the guest has to check in after 10:00 p.m., he must give 24 hours notice.
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., after this time and until 1:00 p.m. a 25% charge of one night at the current rate will apply. After 1:00 p.m. an additional night will be charged to your stay.
Reception hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Payment Policy
A deposit of at least 50% of the total amount is required to book, which will be deducted from the total amount of your bill when you pay for your stay. Stays are settled no later than the day of arrival.
In order to check in, it is required to settle the pending account.
A security deposit of $2,000.00 MXN per room is required at check-in, which will be returned at check-out if there is no extra consumption, damage or missing from the room.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the date of reservation will result in a 100% refund of the deposit. After this period the refund is lost.
Any change with 15 days of anticipation to the date of the reservation does not generate penalization. For changes made after this period, a penalty of one night current rate will be applied. Changes are subject to availability and the current rate will be applied.
