PAYMENTS
A deposit of 100% of the booking total is required. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Full booking balance is due at time of reservation. We accept Payments by cash, PayPal, and the following cards: Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express - a 3% charge.

CANCELLATIONS
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. All Cancellations must be made in writing via email to stayatmare@gmail.com.

CHILDREN
Kids under the age of 8 cannot stay at MARE.

PETS
We do not allow pets in our guest rooms.

KEY FEE
We charge a fee of $30 for lost or unreturned keys.

SMOKING
MARE is a 100% non-smoking property. A $200 cleaning fee will be billed to your account if smoking occurs in your room.

PHOTO & VIDEO SHOOTS
Video recordings or photo shoots are not permitted unless arranged prior to arrival. This includes engagements, weddings, personal or professional websites, etc.
