1. CHECK-IN is 3:00 pm local time.
2. CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am local time.
3. SMOKING POLICY: All of our rooms are non-smoking. This includes all indoor public spaces. Smoking in a designated non-smoking room, on the public motel spaces will incur a $250 fine per incident. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
4.. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & RESPECTFUL at all times while on the property. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN THE ROOM unattended. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5.. DAMAGES DEPOSIT. A $100 security damages are placed on your credit/debit card upon check in. This amount is fully refundable assuming no damages/smoking or missing items; please maintain the property and all furnishings in good order. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning; the replacement/repair cost will be charged to your security deposit on file. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

Payment Policy
-The motel accepts all major credit cards or debit card; sorry, no checks.
-A Credit card (CC) and valid photo ID are required for check in. If booked online, the CC used to book the room must be present.
- Our rates are based on double occupancy.
-Additional fees may be applied for extra services (e.g., pets, amenities, etc.).
-Any additional charges incurred by Guest during the stay may be paid for at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
For Refundable bookings, if cancelled anytime up to 48 hours from check-in, a full refund will be issued. If the reservation is cancelled or modified within the 24 hour window, or in case of no-show, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
For non-refundable bookings, If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
* If cancelled or modified later(within 30 days of check-in), or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
