A calm, quiet, well-behaved pet is most welcome. No pet ever to be left under any circumstances in rooms alone or allowed onto soft furnishings. In the event that a pet is allowed on soft furnishings or left unattended in your room a £100 additional cleaning charge will be automatically added to your account. Most Norfolk pubs and restaurants are pet friendly.

We do not have any zBeds or family rooms at Magazine Wood. However you can book two adjoining rooms for your family if available. Infants are most welcome we can provide a travel cot but not nursery linen.

Delicious in room breakfast provided. Hot options can be ordered from the kitchen at additional charge. Check-in is from 4pm. Check out is by 10.15am on day of departure.

We do not allocate specific rooms. Whilst we always endeavour to accommodate requests, no assumption should be made that a booking is dependent on a specific room being allocated and our payment and cancellation policy will always still apply.

Rooms are not heated from early June through until the middle of September.

DAMAGE POLICY
Whilst charges for minor accidental breakages are applied at our discretion, we will charge the full cost of all other breakages, missing items and for the replacement or making good of any damage. This includes lost bookings due to damage or breakages.

Payment Policy

When booking via our website or by phone all debit card transactions are free.

We take a refundable deposit upon booking and the balance is payable upon departure. Please note we do not have card processing capability at Magazine Wood.

If booking via an Online Booking site please check their T&C's as full payment may become due upon receipt of your reservation which will also include your contribution to their commission charges.

Cancellation Policy

For booking made directly with us we charge an amount equivalent to the first night room rate as the deposit to secure your booking. For cancellations  7 days prior to arrival no charges and your deposit will be fully refunded.

We take a deposit equivalent to the first night accommodation charges to secure your booking. Cancellations after 7 days of arrival will incur a full charge for all nights booked. If you wish to move your dates or reduce your length of stay after the free cancellation period has expired then you will still be charged the full cost of the original reservation. Travel insurance is therefore strongly recommended.

In the event that multiple rooms are booked or stays of 5 nights or more then cancellation within 21 days will forfeit the deposit payment. For cancellation within 14 days then all nights booked will be chargeable.
