Lunds Lakeside Resort
Located in central Minnesota, Lund’s Lakeside Resort is a family owned resort nestled on the west shores of Pearl Lake in Kimball, Minnesota. It’s located just 15 minutes from St. Cloud, 75 minutes from Alexandria and 90 minutes from the Twin Cities, close enough to home but far enough to plan your family vacation or quiet getaway. Rentals include a 2-bedroom Lakeside cottage (new in 2016), a 2-bedroom Lakeview cottage (new in 2013), Studio cottage (opening in 2021) and seasonal RV sites. There is nearly 200 feet of sandy beach to access the lake and enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing and more. Beautiful sunrises and reflections from the moon off the lake create the ideal setting to relax for both family and friends.

Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. There is a $5 charge/day for each additional person. Children under 10 stay free. A $5 daily fee will be charged for each visitor. All visitors must leave the resort prior to quiet hours beginning at 10:00 pm

**All visitors over 5 years old will be charged a $5 fee per day**
** All guests staying overnight exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged $10 per day**
Standard occupancy is 4 adults.
Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. To provide our guests with the best possible lakeside experience, loud noises are not permitted at any time.
Smoking: All buildings are smoke free. We strive to provide a clean environment for our guests.
Pets: We are aware that pets are a part of the family. All pets must be kept on a leash and picked up after. We allow one pet per cottage. Any additional pets need prior approval. A pet is an additional $20 per night. Any pet left unattended in any building will need to be kenneled. We welcome your well behaved and friendly pet. If your pet is distracting to other guests we will ask you to remove it from the grounds. All pets must have current vaccinations.
Swimming and water activities: There is no life guard on duty and diving off any dock is prohibited. There are kayaks, paddle boards, fishing boats and a canoe available for guests staying at the Resort. Please limit your time so that all guests have access to these. Life jackets must be worn anytime you are using the Resort’s water equipment. Anyone engaging in water activities are doing so at their own risk.
Cottages: To rent a cottage you must be at least 21 years of age. Please do not clean fish in the cottage. A fish cleaning house is provided just steps from the lake. Boat batteries are not allowed in the cottages. To keep the septics running smoothly, please do not discard grease, paper towels or personal hygiene items into the drains. You will be responsible for clean up and repair of any septic found to have been violated.
Grounds: Fireworks, firearms and any other weapons are not allowed on the premises as well as ATV’s and mini bikes.
Garbage and Recycling: There are garbage bags available for your use that line the wastebaskets in the cottages. The waste totes are located near the entrance of the resort. We encourage glass, plastic and aluminum recycling which is located there as well. Please clean the dishes and take out any garbage prior to checking out.
Campfires: Firewood is available for purchase. Bringing firewood into the resort threatens the ash trees on site and is prohibited due to the restrictions issued by the Department of Natural Resources and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Campfires must be kept inside the designated fire ring.
Lund’s Lakeside Resort, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen property. The Resort is not responsible for loss of power outside its control.
Renter will indemnify owner against, and hold harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, damages and liabilities, including attorney fees arising from or connected with renters possession, use and return of rented property.
Payment Policy
All deposits are equal to 40% of the total charge. Balance is due within 2 weeks of your arrival. A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is NON-refundable. Full reservations are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival. If we are able to rebook a portion of your reservation, a partial refund will be made available.
