Terms & Conditions

CHECK-IN time is from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Please let us know by e-mail or telephone your estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT time is from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered.

To confirm your reservation on our website or via telephone it is necessary to provide a valid credit card, which will be debited 50% of the total amount of the stay one month prior the arrival date. Also, it is possible to make a deposit to confirm the reservation.

The taxes applicable to our rates are 16% VAT and 3% lodging, which are not included in the room rate.

The rooms are for two people. We do not have additional beds. The cost of an extra person is 50 USD per night.

Smoking inside the rooms is not allowed.

Payment Policy

We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, WIRE TRANSFER & CASH.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival.

A third party wanting to pay for entire or part of charges for a booking must fill out our credit card application form as authority to charge the card which require the card holder’s signature and copy of the credit card and ID. Payments will be processed at check in, alternatively the guests checking in will be liable for all charges.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled or modified 14 days prior the arrival date without charge. In case of canceling after this period, deposit will be charged as late cancellation fee. In case of No Show on the day of your arrival, the total stay will be charged with taxes.
