We are located in the Village of Linville Falls adjacent to the 90-foot waterfalls and the Linville Gorge Wilderness area, the deepest cut in the earth’s surface in Eastern America. It is a short drive to Linville Caverns, Grandfather Mountain and all major attractions in the High Country. While you are here you can enjoy miles of premier hiking trails, birdwatching, viewing natures flora and fauna, fishing, backpacking, snow tubing and much more!

Linville Falls Lodge & Cottages indoor facilities are pet and smoke free. If you violate this policy there will be a $100 charge applied to your bill for additional clean up. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen property. We are not responsible for any personal items left in the room after the check-out time or departure date.
Guests will be liable for use of the Lodge’s Internet service in a manner prohibited by any local, state or federal law, including content accessible via the Internet that may be offensive or illegal and the Lodge is not responsible for the transmission of this content. Lodge’s network is unsecured and guests are advised to use personal security precautions (VPN connections, personal firewall, keeping operating system up-to-date with security patches).
Guests will be personally responsible for all charges incurred at the Lodge and paid upon departure. Guests will be solely responsible for payment if a third party has arranged payment of your bill and has failed to meet previously agreed upon payment obligations to The Linville Falls Lodge & Cottages. Guests will be responsible for payment for any property damage during their stay.
