Lighthouse Suites is an adult orientated property.
Adults only in second floor suites.
Security check list will be reviewed after checkout.
Suites are allocated two parking spaces. Stratton suite is allocated three parking spaces.
Automobiles and motorcycles only are allowed on the property.
Departure cleaning fee $100.00 On all bookings.
All RATES are SUSCEPTIBLE to CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Payment Policy
In Season
May 15 to September 30 each year.
50% deposit due at booking, 90 days before arrival payment must be made in full for your stay.
$500 Secuirty Deposit will be returned after check out.
Off Season
October 1 to May 15 each year.
A one month rental rate plus a one month security deposit per rental will be added upon check in. The security deposit will be reimbursed after your stay.
Extra person Charge $75.00 per night.
Each continual monthly rental will be charged the first of each month.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be refunded in full with cancelations 90 days prior to arrival.
