Terms & Conditions
When you book a room, a deposit corresponding to the 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required to guarantee your booking.
We are a small B&B and cancellations affect us significantly; if you find you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know at least 14 days in advance of your arrival day . If less notice is given, including a reduced reservation period or in the event of a “no show”, we reserve the right to keep the deposit amount of 50% of the booking as penalty fees. If the notice of 14 days is respected, then we will refund you the total amount less 3.5% corresponding to the credit card commission.
In case you should shorten your stay meanwhile you are staying with us, then we will charge you one night of penalty, no matter how many days are left and due with us.
If you do need to cancel a booking please telephone or send an email and we will confirm your cancellation by return.
Payment Policy
Deposits can be made by direct deposit, wire transfer or credit cards (VISA & MASTERCARD).
All rates are subject to mandatory Mexican taxes (16% IVA and 3% Bed Tax).
Any outstanding balance is due upon arrival. Las 7 Maravillas accepts U.S. cash or Mexican pesos (based on current exchange rate).
Cancellation Policy
