Terms & Conditions
Our check-in time is from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. At the present time we can not accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. If you are unable to check in during these times please notify us to make other arrangements.
Parking is available for our guests in back of the house. Each guest room or suite is allocated 1 parking space.
If you arrive early and park in the lot please let us know you are here.
We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property. A $200 fee will be charged for smoking in the room.
You can not exceed the stated capacity of the room. Two people in Rooms 1,2,3,5. Three people in Room 4. Four people in the suite.
Children must 12 and over to stay.
Sorry, we can not accommodate any pets.
We have 2 dogs living on the premises.
Guest assumes all liability for damage caused by a service animal and agrees to pay all costs to repair those damages.
Please make us aware of any allergies you might have (food or otherwise) so we can make special arrangements, if necessary.
Payment Policy
For direct bookings the first night will be taken upon making the reservation with the balance due upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Third party bookings will be charged according to the policy of the third party agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Direct reservations cancelled outside of 14 days will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled inside 14 days will be charged for the balance of the reservation.
