This traditional Victorian Lakeland Stone building is just a 2 minute walk from Windermere train station and with private parking on site and free wi-fi access throughout the ground floor, we offer the perfect location from which to explore the beautiful Lake District. CANCELLATION & GUARANTEE POLICIES
FLEXIABLE RATES
In light of the current situation we are offering a free cancellation/modification up until the day prior to the date of arrival.
ADVANCED PURCHASE RATE:
The full balance of the accommodation total will be taken upon receipt of the reservation and is non-transferable or refundable however if you are forced to cancel due to COVID 19 we will offer a 100% credit on the reservation that may be redeemed over a period of 1 year once evidence is provided to confirm COVID 19 is the direct reason for which you have cancelled the reservation.
We strongly recommend that holiday insurance be taken to safeguard you from these potential charges in the event of situations occurring that are beyond both your control and indeed the hotels, but which can and do happen.
