Property Information
Located in the heart of the western Maine mountains, in the Kennebec Moose River Valley. Lake Parlin Lodge is a unique and unforgettable destination for those looking for a Maine lakefront vacation. We offer 6 lakeside cabins, 4 guest rooms in the main Lodge, and our Mini-Lodge on the west side of 201 that can sleep up to 10. In the winter, snowmobile straight from your cabin. In the summer, enjoy the serenity of the lake with a kayak or canoe ride, and end your adventurous day with a fun gathering around one of our fire pits. Our goal is to exceed your expectations! The Lake Parlin Lodge property is rich in history, developed in the 1920’s as a wilderness retreat and stop over on the Old Canada Road (now Route 201), we continue to maintain the quality of “get away” that was why guests returned again and again for 100 years and counting. We are a non-smoking property, and do not allow pets. PLEASE NOTE: We no longer have an onsite restaurant.

Terms & Conditions
All of our cabins require a two night minimum stay and our MiniLodge requires a three night minimum stay. Please note that we are a non-smoking facility and do not allow pets. Check in time is 4:00 pm or later. Check out time is 11:00 am.
Payment Policy
PAYMENTS/CANCELLATION:
For reservations with an arrival date in December. January, February & March, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. The remainder 50% will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival and is also non-refundable. If your arrival date is less than 30 days from the time of the reservation, full payment will be charged at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.
For reservations with arrival in May - November, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation,with final payment is due upon check-in. If you would like to change your method of payment when you arrive, please let us know upon check-in. Otherwise, your bill will be settled with the credit card we have on file and a final invoice will be emailed to you. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Cash. If you would like to pay by check, we must receive the check at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and we require a credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations with an arrival date in December, January, February & March: Reservations are non-cancellable and no changes will be allowed - if you cancel you will forfeit your deposit. For arrival in May-November: If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival, we will be happy to keep your deposit on account for you to use for a future stay, or change your reservation to different dates. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, you forfeit your deposit and no changes will be allowed. For any dates, if you do not call to cancel and do not show up for your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited, you will be charged for the remainder of your stay, and no account credit will be issued.
