Lake View Motel
We have 9 rooms featuring two full-sized beds and 1 double room with a full kitchen and dining area. All rooms are non-smoking and ready for your stay. Equipped with microwaves and coffee pots (available upon request), the Lodge is your Lake Bruin home-away-from-home. We also have a fish cleaning station as well as a deer skinning rack that guests are welcome to use at any time.

Terms & Conditions
No more than four individuals can stay in a single room at once. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and a fee will be assessed if evidence is found indicating a person smoked. Please return your keys to the front desk at the time of checkout. If you are leaving at an hour that we are not opened, please leave your key next to the TV in the room. Lost key charges may be applied. Any damage to a room outside the normal wear and tear of use will be assessed and charged for accordingly. Management has the right to have unruly guests removed from the premises without
refund in the event that a disturbance or altercation occurs which lessens the enjoyment of other guests. Please keep in mind that this is a family business environment. Profanity and lewd behavior will not be tolerated.
For the weekends falling closest to Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day the nights of Friday and Saturday must be booked together as part of your stay. This rule only applies to holiday weekends. Other rules may apply according to the circumstances of these weekends.
Payment Policy
Rooms are to be paid for in full for the duration of your stay at the time the key is picked up.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax charge. If two nights of stay are reserved and there is a cancellation within 24 hours of arrival, then two nights stay will be charged. For the weekends falling closest to Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day, reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a charge for every night of reservation. If the Fourth of July falls on a Wednesday, both weekends before and after will be considered part of the 7 day cancellation policy.
