CHECK IN TIME: Rooms are NOT available for check in before 2:00 pm. CHECK OUT is by 11:00 am.

PETS: If the room type you have chosen does not have the PET FEE option it is not a Pet Friendly room. Our pet policy requires guests to take their pet(s) with them whenever they leave the property, they are not allowed on any furnishings or beds. There is a $25 fee per pet. Dogs only

NON-SMOKING: All rooms are NON SMOKING. A $250 fee will be imposed for smoking (tobacco ,marijuana or e-cigarettes) in the rooms plus any lost revenue.

HOUSEKEEPING: Is by request only, please familiarize yourself with the Housekeeping guide in your room.

Payment is applied at CHECK IN, reservations are not pre-paid. A major Credit Card is required to guarantee your stay. Cash payments are accepted with a credit card on file. Additional guests are $6.

Política de cancelación

There is no charge for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival, 1 week for Suites. For reservations cancelled within the 48 hour cancellation period, you will be charged the full amount of the first night for each room reserved, including 9% tax. Special events such as Bennington College Graduation Weekend (05/27 & 28) or otherwise noted are NOT cancellable and will be responsible for the full amount of booking. Cancellations may be made via email or by phone.
