Terms & Conditions

If you book & pay directly with a partner of ours (example Booking, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Viking Line, Ålandsresor) that Partners Cancellation Policy applies.

Cancellation Policy when you book & pay directly with Klintvägen Apartments:
- Guests will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after a reservation is made and the total price of thier reservation if they cancel in 14 days or less before arrival.
- Non - refundable prices or Group trips prices with more than 12 guests; the guest will be charged the total price (100%) if they cancel at anytime.
- Date changes of non refundable reservations for private guests are subject to availability and we charge a fee of €50,- for date changes, date changes are subject to price differences per night.

Free WiFi is available in the all flats free of charge.
Children and Extra Bed Policy - All children are welcome, following fees applies:
- All children under 3 years are charged EUR 20,- per person per night in a babybed.
- All children under 17 years are charged EUR 20,- per person per night for extra beds.
- All children under 16 years are charged EUR 20,- per person per night when using existing beds.
- The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.
- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 3.
Parking - Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).

EXTRA SERVICES:
- Bedlinen & towels fee EUR 7,50/person, due to health & safety we dont allow private bedlinen & towels, many thanks for your cooperation. We rent bedlinen & towels from a local laundry company and we DONT make any income from this fee.
- Flat check out & weekly cleaning is offered for €30,-/hour as an extra service paid on location. If you dont want to use this extra paid service, we kindly as guests to take care of vacuuming & mopping floors, do the dishes, recycling and clean surface areas in kitchen & bathroom. We always disinfect all flats & changing all bedlinen & towels.
- Pets are allowed our Pet fee is EUR 50,- includes 1 h cleaning. Our Pet policy = NO pets in beds, bedsofa or furnitures. A penalty cleaning fee of €50,- per hour applies if our Pet Policy is not respected and the additional costs for cleaning & laundry duve, pillows, bed covers, beds, chairs and bedsofa.
- Bike rental EUR 15,- per person and day, the fee includes helmets & shopping basket.
- Babysittning & food shopping EUR 15,- per hour.
- Sauna fee is EUR 10,- per person and during the whole visit. The sauna is located in the basement.
- All extra above extra fees are paid in cash on arrival please.

HOUSE RULES :
No smoking in flats, only on designated places in our garden.
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00.
Please recycle your things in our recycle boxes on parking area, we are aiming to have a minimal impact on our lovely & clean nature.
Pet rules: NO pets in beds, in bedsofas or furnitures please.
Please dont jump in beds or in bedsofas, if the beds or bedsofa are damaged to to jumping in them, there will be a damage claim repair cost.

Payment Policy

1. Direct reservations booked directly with Klintvägen Apartments by email will be invoiced and paid with bank transfer..
2. For reservations made with an online travel agency where guests have selected "Pay at Hotel", you can pay with MasterCard, Visa & Visa Electron, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, AMEX, Google Pay, Maestro, banktransfer or Swish (for Swedish citizens).
3. Long staying Business guest staying longer than 14 days or longer, that have booked 14 days initially or longer can pay for extented days or weeks up to 4 weeks after the trip is finalised.
