CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES: Check in time is 3:00 pm, and check out time is 11 a.m. The hotel will make every effort to personalize our guests' stays. Please provide ETA information at time of reservation. Late checkout requests may be made through the Kiki WItz Office only, and are subject to determination based on hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply.

SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted in any of the accommodations. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will charge a $100.00 USD cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.

THIRD AND EXTRA PERSON FEE: Room rates are listed for double occupancy. Additional adults sharing a room will incur a charge of $25 per night, per person, up to four in a room.

Payment Policy

In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorization of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of guest room charges, applicable taxes and a provision for incidental charges will be placed on the banking account. Cash payment upon check out is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of reservation or portions of reservation MUST be received in writing.
1. 60 + days prior to arrival = 100 % refund less US $25 processing fee.
2. 59-30 days prior to arrival= 50% refund less US $50 processing fee.
3. 29-0 days prior to arrival = NO Refund.
For Peak Season dates, cancellations made after October 1st are nonrefundable. No refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms or transfers for any reason.

We encourage the purchase of travel insurance to cover against cancellation or date changes in unforeseen circumstances, as we are unable to refund payments for reservations within 30 days prior to arrival.
