The Kennard, a Georgian townhouse with its own special charm and character, is quietly situated within minutes of the city centre, Abbey and Roman Baths. Built in 1794 in the Golden Age of Bath's elegance and prosperity, the hotel has been thoughtfully restored to provide every modern comfort. Freshly cooked English and Continental breakfasts (included in the tariff) are served in the original Georgian kitchen, refurbished as a delightful dining room.

Terms & Conditions
Children over 8 years old are welcome. However, please be aware that the property is Grade I listed and as such it is not possible to make the building totally child friendly and safe for children.
The Kennard operates a No Pet policy.
The Kennard is a non smoking property.
Should a guest misplace the complimentary street parking permit or is unable to return it back in a timely manner, on the day of checkout, they will be liable for the replacement cost of the street parking permit as charged by the Bath and North East Somerset Council.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy only applies for bookings made directly with us, over the phone, via email or through our website (www.kennard.co.uk).
We will respond to all requests for cancellations by a return email. Should you not receive a return email from us, we ask that you assume that we have not received your request for cancellation.
Should you need to cancel your reservation we require written confirmation (letter or email) five days prior to the date of check in.
Failure to do so will result in the full price of the stay being charged to the credit / debit card on the reservation.
Please refer to the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation for reservations made through booking agents.
Booking directly with us is always the most economical way to gain more flexibility to amend or cancel your booking.
