Payment Policy

A pre-authorization in the amount of the first night of the booking will be held on the credit card. The amount will be automatically released in 10 days.

We accept all major credit cards. (maestro cards are not accepted)

USD, Euro, GBP, JD, and Nis are accepted in cash.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations for individuals should be made 48 hours in advance during regular seasons.

Free Cancellations for October and the period between March 25 - April 30 should be made 5 days in advance.

Penalty for Last Minute cancellations and no shows:
a. The first night will be charged if reservation is less than 3 nights.
b. One third of the total reservation will be charged if the reservation is over 3 nights.
