Welcome to the Elkhart Hill Farm Cottage located in Elkhart, Illinois. What was once the caretaker’s home, the cottage has been transformed into a modern home that is available for rent. The cottage has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a full kitchen with washer and dryer on site. Enjoy the front porch to relax and take in the peaceful, panoramic views of this quiet oasis.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Inn is unable to accommodate CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 or PETS.
2. All accommodations are NON-SMOKING, a $250 Cleaning Fee will be charged when smoking has occurred.
3. A $25 Replacement Fee will be charged for any Room Keys not turned in at Check Out.
4. For guest convenience, we are 'Elevator Equipped'.
5. Management assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for lost articles from either the guest rooms or vehicles parked in the parking area.
6. The Inn at 835 will not be held liable for any damages to vehicles, and/or personal injury incurred while on property.
7. Guest use of all facilities are at the risk of the user(s).
8. The staff at the Inn would be happy to make special arrangements for dinner reservations or special amenity packages.

Payment Policy
1.MY LIABILITY IS NOT WAIVED,
each guest, or company is held personally liable for any and all charges incurred during guest stay.
2.PETS:Certain accommodations are allowed for pets. A $50.00 non-refundable Pet Fee is added to bill, PETS may not be over 30 pounds and must be confined to a kennel or crate or there will be no housekeeping service, and I agree to assume responsibility for any damages or injuries incurred by my pet.
3.CHECK IN: balance is due at check in, I understand by using my Credit, Debit Check or Pre-Paid Card that the Inn will immediately hold funds equal to the amount of my stay.
4. I understand that funds will be held by my financial institution for up to 14 business days based upon their policies and agreement I have with them.
5. I have read and agree with the above terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations:
STANDARD RATE: A 50% deposit is required when reserving a room. Reservation may be cancelled up to fourteen (14) days prior to day of arrival with a $25.00 Cancellation Fee. If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival the DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDED unless we are able to rebook the room to another guest over the reserved period.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: 100% of the Reservation Total is required when reserving a room. In the event of cancellation a refund will not be issued.
2. Deposit refunds take up to 7-10 business days after cancellation and each cancelled room is accessed a $25 service charge.
3. NO-SHOW: Will be charged the full rate plus tax of the entire reserved period.
