Please read and INITIAL YOUR ACCEPTANCE BELOW to our conditions of stay:
___ This is a NON-SMOKING facility and a fee of $200.00 will be charged to the guest if room is smoked in. Permitted smoking areas are provided.
___ PETS are not allowed on the premises and a fee of $200.00 will be charged to the guest if not adhered to.
___ All guests and VEHICLE TAG numbers for each room must be registered at time of check-in.
___ Kitchenette guests only are allowed ONE COVERED parking place. Guests parking under covered parking and refuse to move vehicle, will be automatically charged $50.00.
___ Semi-trucks and vehicles with a trailer must receive SPECIAL PARKING instructions from the front desk. Unauthorized parking will be towed at owner's expense and is strictly enforced.
___ CHECK OUT is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Any items left in room after 11:00 a.m. will be charged as another day.
___ KEYS must be returned at time of departure or a fee of $50.00 will be charged.
___ A fee will be charged for DESTRUCTION OR DAMAGE to any property on our premises.
Payment Policy
- A drivers license or some form of official identification must be presented at time of check-in.
- Payment for total reservation is required at time of check-in. If items are left in the room after check-out time of 11:00 a.m. another day will be charged.
- Cash payments require a refundable $150.00 deposit at time
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservation must be made 72 hours prior to check-in. There is no refund for cancellation during stay. A fee will be charged for early departure.
